Consequences of Right of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all amounts paid, including standard delivery charges (but not the additional charges for any other, more expensive delivery method you selected), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method; in any event, you will not incur any fees for this refund.
2. Conditions and Costs for Returning Goods
Goods Condition: Goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags, packaging (e.g., box, dust bag, etc.), and documentation (e.g., warranty card, instruction manual). Please ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received them.
Return Costs: You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to us. This means you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
