2. Shipping Time and Method
Because our products are shipped from warehouses outside the EU to offer you more competitive pricing, shipments must go through customs clearance procedures before entering the EU, resulting in longer shipping times.
Standard Shipping Time: After shipping from our warehouse, it is estimated that it will take 20-40 business days for your order to arrive at your specified delivery address.
Shipping Time: This timeframe is an estimate, calculated from the time the package is collected by the shipping carrier. It includes all steps, including international shipping, customs clearance, and local delivery. Please note that customs clearance times may fluctuate from several days to several weeks due to local customs processing times, and these delays are beyond our control.
Shipping Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package in real time on the carrier's official website (such as 17Track, AfterShip, or other common tracking platforms).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on your country/region, total order weight, and dimensions. The specific shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
4. Shipping Address and Signature

Inspection Before Signing for a Package: Before signing for a package, please inspect the packaging for visible damage or moisture. If you notice significant damage, we recommend taking photos and refusing to sign for it. You should also contact us immediately by email. Signing for the package constitutes your confirmation that the package is in good condition.
5. Package Loss or Damage
Although this is extremely rare, international shipping can be risky.
Lost: If your package is lost in transit (usually if the shipping information hasn't been updated and confirmed for more than 40 days), please contact us immediately. We will investigate and file a claim with the shipping carrier, and reship or refund your order.
Damaged: If your item is damaged in transit, please email us clear photos of the damaged area and packaging within 48 hours of receipt. Upon verification, we will arrange for free reshipment or a refund.
